Nutrition Support For Every Season

Registered dietician with curly blonde hair, seen from behind, sits at a granite counter while conducting a video call on her laptop. On the screen, another woman is visible. The woman at the counter is wearing a pink lace blouse and is writing in a notebook. Several books and a small floral arrangement are on the counter nearby.

You’re navigating a health change

A diagnosis, pregnancy, menopause, aging, or just feeling off? I’m here for nutrition support during life’s biggest transitions.

Dieting hasn’t worked for you in the past

You’ve tried everything, and you’re tired of the restrict-binge cycle. Let’s discuss a different approach (that will work.)

Registered dietician with curly blonde hair sits comfortably on a grey sofa, focused on reading a book with a coral-colored cover. She is wearing a pink floral lace blouse and coral trousers. In the background, there is a teal floor lamp and a bright window with white blinds, creating a peaceful and studious atmosphere.

You want practical support

… and not another meal plan or list of rules. I provide real strategies that fit your actual life, and am by your side through it all.

Meet Your Guide on the Journey

Registered dietician with curly blonde hair stands outside on a sunny day, leaning against a white railing and smiling at the camera. She is wearing a colorful, quilted patchwork jacket with red trim and holding a terracotta mug. In the background, a calm pond reflects the sunlight, surrounded by a line of tall, bare trees under a bright sky.

Knowing science matters—but so does understanding the experiences and emotions we carry.

I’m Kimberly, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who understands, both professionally and personally, how complicated food and body image can become over a lifetime. My relationship with food didn’t start in a neutral place; I began dieting in third grade.

Later, as I pursued graduate degrees in nutrition and built a career in healthcare, I was also doing quieter, necessary work of my own: learning how to stop dieting and live at peace with food and my body.

I created By Your Side to offer nutrition counseling that feels grounded, compassionate, and steady. I’m here to be a guide: someone who helps you untangle what’s been hard and move forward in a way that feels realistic and respectful.
